STONEWALL NATIONAL MUSEUM & ARCHIVES

Archeion

Archeion is a quarterly journal of SNMA’s archive, library, and museum, published in February, May, August, and November.

In depth articles examine recent archival exhibitions at SNMA and commissioned contributions from writers, archivists, curators, artists, performers, activists, and poets working in LGBTQ studies, art, archives, and visual culture. Archeion is intended to ignite dialogue, conversation, and community around the complexities of queer life and identity.

Archeion is edited by Andy Johnson, a DC- based curator, arts writer, and editor. He is currently director of Gallery 102 at the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design, editor of Dirt, and you can learn more about his work at www.AndyDJohnson.com.

Copies are mailed to the home address of all current Stonewall members.
