Join us for a night of impact and inspiration at Stonewall’s 3rd Annual Standing on the Shoulders of Heroes Gala. The evening will include delicious food, an open bar, plenty of fun, and very special honorees!
For over 50 years Stonewall, based in Florida, has protected, and preserved the voices of LGBTQIA+ people. Through events, exhibitions, and educational programs Stonewall engages the public and introduces them to our community’s history as we preserve the heritage of the LGBTQIA+ community. Our library and archives document well over a century of LGBTQIA+ history and serves as the impetus for the exhibitions and research that shape our community’s public face and legacy.
The gala positions us financially to remain leaders in our field, even at a time when the pushback in Florida is formidable. The gala makes it possible for an organization such as ours to thrive in a state that is often unwelcoming, where serve as a beacon of light to many who otherwise would feel threatened.
