Stonewall National Museum, Archives, & Library is pleased to announce that registration for the 11th annual Stonewall National Education Program (SNEP) Symposium is now open.

This year’s SNEP is focused on building a LGBTQIA+ Inclusive Curriculum. Registration and opening programing will be held at the Stonewall National Museum & Archives at 1300 East Sunrise Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, Florida on April 11, 2024. The Symposium runs from April 11-14, 2024.

The Symposium will focus on the vast print and virtual resources (over 28,000 books and 6 million pages of LGBTQIA+ history) contained in Stonewall’s library and archives, which include a diverse range of LGBTQIA+ topics.  The SNEP Symposium is an opportunity for K-12 educators and administrators from across the country to connect, collaborate, and receive professional development on implementing LGBTQIA+ Inclusive Curriculum to be used in their schools and communities.

Participants will gather on Thursday for registration and an opening reception at Stonewall. Participants will have a full day of programming on Friday and Saturday, with a half day of programming on Sunday before closing comments.

We look forward to welcoming you to Fort Lauderdale and the world-renowned library and archives.
