VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Stonewall aims to provide volunteers with tasks that accommodate their interests, skills and background, as well as create an experience that is both beneficial and gratifying.

Volunteer shifts are available every day of the week (including Saturday and Sunday). Adult volunteers of all ages are welcome. Youth volunteers must be at least 15 years of age.

We seek enthusiastic volunteers to serve in an array of positions, including:

  • Projects: Work with Library and Archives Staff on a wide variety of important tasks to maintain and grow our collections.
  • Events: Assist at our annual Gala in late Winter, “Back to the Drive” event in the Fall, and many Exhibition Opening Receptions, etc. to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone in attendance.
  • Front Desk / Administrative: Greet visitors, check materials in and out of the library, answer phone calls, sign-up new members, etc. in an informative and welcoming manner.
Community assistance is incredibly valuable to our team and critical to our success. You can help Stonewall continue to thrive. Become a volunteer today!
