Monique Force-Setlock
Director of Development & Director of Stonewall National Women’s Fund

Monique Force‑Setlock is a nonprofit development leader with more than 20 years of experience in fundraising, event production, and advocacy. She oversees all development efforts for the Stonewall National Museum, Archives & Library and directs the Stonewall National Women’s Fund, helping expand the institution’s national reach and deepen its impact.

Before her work at Stonewall, Monique served as Director of Development at Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse (AVDA) in Palm Beach County, where she led fundraising and created signature events such as the Heart of a Woman Luncheon—featuring speakers including Olympia Dukakis and Elizabeth Smart—and the Voices of Courage forum on human trafficking and teen dating violence.

Her career also includes leadership roles with Florida Grand Opera and the Centre for the Arts, where she directed the award‑winning Festival of the Arts Boca. Across every role, Monique has combined strategic planning, creative programming, and strong community partnerships to strengthen institutions and uplift the communities they serve.
