Monique Force-Setlock
Director of Development, Stonewall National Museum, Archives & Library

Monique Force-Setlock brings 20 years of hands-on experience in nonprofit development, events, and advocacy. At Stonewall, she directs both fundraising and the Stonewall National Women’s Fund, helping grow the organization’s reach and deepen its impact. She’s played a key role in launching new initiatives, expanding donor engagement, and supporting exhibitions that highlight LGBTQ+ history.

Before joining Stonewall, Monique led development at Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse (AVDA) in Palm Beach County, where she oversaw fundraising and created standout events like the Heart of a Woman Luncheon—featuring speakers such as Olympia Dukakis and Elizabeth Smart—and the Voices of Courage forum on human trafficking and teen dating violence.

She’s also held leadership roles with Florida Grand Opera and the Centre for the Arts, where she directed the award-winning Festival of the Arts Boca. Her work consistently blends strategic planning with a strong sense of community, making her a trusted leader in development and programming.
