The 12TH Annual SNEP Symposium will be held at Stonewall National Museum & Archives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida April 24-27, 2025. The event will be in-person, with some programming available virtually.
SNEP 2025, will focus on LGBTQIA+ developing concepts of what an inclusive curriculum might look like in the most welcoming, and least friendly educational environments. We will continue to review best practices and highlight the Stonewall collections in our archives and library. The symposium serves as a gathering place for invested LGBTQIA+ educators, like you. All representatives from school districts from across the United States are invited to attend. We will seek out experts from our community to enhance this experience. Experts include those representing advocacy organizations, NGOs, LGBTQIA+ community centers, academic researchers, legal consultants in education, and policy experts.
