About Noble Deeds
Noble Deeds is the first book to draw back the curtain on the pageantry and philanthropy of The Imperial Court System, among the LGBTQ+ community’s oldest organizations.
Award-winning photographer Ben Fink, working over a period of seven years, has captured scores of iconic Imperial Court personalities in a series of distinctive, lofty, and dreamlike tableaus. Wedding photographs to fantasy scenarios, Fink has crafted iconic images that immortalize this royal gallery of unforgettable characters.
Noble Deeds also offers an exclusive capsule history of the incredible saga of the Imperial Court System, documenting their unparalleled achievements in community-building, HIV fundraising, and queer activism.
